Purchasing a property at Haven has been designed to be as easy as possible.

Once you have decided on the property you would like to make yours, you simply need to meet with our team to pay your $1,000 deposit and sign your sales contract.

The balance of the 5% deposit less the $1,000 already paid will then be due within 14 days. No other payment will be due until completion.

As part of the purchase process, buyers are required to complete standard identification and compliance checks in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.

Then you just need to count down the days until your new home will be ready!

A $1,000 deposit is required when signing the contract to secure your purchase. 5% of the purchase price (less the $1,000 already paid) is then required within 14 days.

Once complete, Haven will be issued a Units Plan and all properties will be entitled and managed by the Owners Corporation (Body Corporate) and Strata management organisation.
